Usage

Before use, please mix the ink thoroughly and evenly, then add an appropriate amount of specialized diluent to adjust the viscosity of the ink, so that it has better printing performance. The amount of diluent added is about 15-20%.

The two-component glass series ink requires the addition of a special curing agent. DS700 uses H-550 curing agent, with an optimal amount of 10-15%, suitable for mesh size of 80-250 mesh. DS780 uses H-7816 curing agent, with an optimal maximum addition of 10-12%, suitable for mesh size of 200-420 mesh.

Note

Due to the slight differences in the structure of the silicon layer on the surface of Borui, users are requested to try printing first and produce in bulk only after meeting the requirements to avoid unnecessary losses.

Different series and models of inks generally cannot be mixed and blended with each other to avoid adverse reactions.

When using two-component series inks, please use them within a certain curing time and do not reuse them.

During the operation, operators should wear protective equipment. If ink accidentally gets on the skin or eyes, it should be immediately rinsed off with plenty of clean water

Storage conditions

Store in a cool and dry place, tightly seal with a back cover, and avoid contact with open flames and high temperatures.

The shelf life is 1 year. Please reconfirm the availability when the expiration date is exceeded.
