Before use, please mix the ink thoroughly and evenly, then add an appropriate amount of specialized diluent (s-008) to adjust the viscosity of the ink, so that it has better printing performance. The amount of diluent added is 15-20%.
Two component IMD series inks require the addition of a special curing agent (H-390R), with an optimal amount between 10-15%.
Due to the complexity of various materials, users are advised to try printing first and produce in bulk only after meeting the requirements to avoid unnecessary losses.
Different series and models of inks generally cannot be mixed and blended with each other to avoid adverse reactions.
When using two-component series inks, please use them within a certain curing time and do not reuse them.
During the operation, operators should wear effective protective equipment. If ink accidentally gets on the skin or eyes, they should immediately rinse with plenty of water.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place, tightly seal with a back cover, and avoid contact with open flames and high temperatures.
